As the latest statisticst of the China Die Industry Association ,in the first half of 2008, the import and export amount of the mould is 1,542,000,000 U.S. dollars in China, and year-on-year rise of 4.83 percent compared to 2007 . The amount of exports year-on-year rise of 25.79 percent and the amount of imports reduce 5.11 percent compared to 2007
Unfavorable Balance 0f import and export of the mould is 352,000,000 U.S. dollars,and year-on-year reduce of 32.95 percent in China . It indicates that the structure of import and export of mold becoming reasonable.
The plastic&rubber molds take up the highest proportion in mold of Import and export ,They are 53.34 percent and 71.33 percent. the plastic & rubber mold developte faster than the overall level of the mold industry.the proportion of imports have increased by 3.6 percentage point and its of exports increase by 3.41 percentage point compared to the same period in 2007.
